This site is operated by Project Q. By visiting it or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and the policies they reference. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The store runs on the Shopify platform.

1. Using the store

By accepting these terms you confirm you're of legal age where you live, or that you have permission from your guardian. You may not use the store for illegal purposes or interfere with how it works.

2. General conditions

We may refuse service to anyone at any time. Card information is always encrypted in transit. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

3. Site information

We do our best to keep information, photos and colors accurate, but every screen displays color differently. We may correct pricing, description or availability errors at any time, even after an order is placed.

4. Products, pricing and limited editions

Pieces are released in limited quantities with no restocks. Prices may change without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, including orders that appear to come from resellers. If we cancel an order, we'll let you know and refund you.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping policy and returns by our Return policy.

6. Account and purchase information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information and to keep it up to date.

7. Third-party tools and links

The site may include third-party tools or links we don't control. You use them at your own risk, under those third parties' terms.

8. Feedback and content you send us

If you send us ideas, photos or comments (for example, by tagging us wearing your piece), we may use, edit and publish them without any obligation to pay. You agree they don't violate anyone's rights.

9. Personal information

Use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy policy.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for illegal activity, to infringe intellectual property (including Project Q's designs and brand), to harass or discriminate, to submit false information or malicious code, or to collect other people's data.

11. Warranties and liability

The site and products are provided "as is," except as our policies expressly state. To the extent permitted by law, Project Q is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold Project Q harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or the law.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect. These terms and our policies are the entire agreement between you and us.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States.

15. Changes

We may update these terms by posting them on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it.
