Shipping policy

Shipping

• Puerto Rico: we ship island-wide. BLANCA ships free to Puerto Rico; other pieces start at $6.90.
• United States: we ship to all 50 states. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Processing: every order is packed by hand and ships within 72 hours (business days).
• Tracking: once your order ships, you'll get the tracking number by email.
• Delays: once the package is with the carrier, delivery time depends on them. We're not responsible for carrier or customs delays, but we'll help you follow up.
• Address: double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, reshipping is on the customer.
